Shipping information

If your item is in stock, It’s all set to ship within 24 hours on workdays after your order has been processed. Should you order a joyful mix of items, with different ship-ready dates, expect them to arrive separately. Typically for most of the Items in stock shipment ranges from 2 to 4 days, depending on your desired destination and our trusty shipping partners. 

Life sometimes throws us a surprise party called force majeure, but worry not. When the weather shines, we’re super speedy at processing orders promising you a quick journey.

At Your furniture store, we’re on guard duty to shield your treasures  during their shipping escapades. If your delivery runs into a problem or damage during shipment, give us a shout at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

Please note, Items marked as Special product or On sale, are non-refundable unless damaged.

Shipping methods

All orders are shipped either via DHL or XDP, hence tracking number would be provided so you can always follow your delivery.

Shipping Areas

Our products love to explore every corner of the United Kingdom, bringing joy to homes everywhere. Unfortunately, channel islands (like Jersey and Guernsey), Isle of Man, Sicilly Isles, Shetland , Scottish Islands and a few more remote spots like Mallaig, might miss out on this round of adventures.

If for any reason, order you place – we are unable to deliver, we will give you a heads up and a friendly e-mail nudge to let you know. Any payments made will fall back into your account within a few business days in occurrence of this unfortunate event.

Order Tracking

Rest assured, every order you place will trigger couple confirmation e-mails.

  1. Order acknowledgment e-mail: Upon order placement you will receive an e-mail confirming you order’s Specifics.
  2. Shipment confirmation e-mail: Once your Item sets sail, you will get an e-mail containing your order number, carrier details, order status and package tracking. You will be able to track progress on carrier’s official site.

Shipping address: Please always double – triple check your shipping address before payment – It’s where we will ship your order.

Returns: Post-shipment, return costs are yours whether it’s a change of heart or order misstep.
